The event is the first forum calling young people to give their views about the management and organization of carnival as an art form, business and cultural heritage.

Notting Hill Mas Bands Association is one of the five disciplines of LNHC which was established in 2002. We will expect three delegates between the ages 8 to 25 years from masbands that participate in NHC. Light refreshments will be provided on the day. Also food can be purchased from the Happy People’s Restaurant. The venue is situated next to South Tottenham Rail Station and 3 minutes walk from Seven Sisters Underground.
